WELCOME TO OTTER WOMAN
eARTh Medicine

There is an intersection between the healing wisdom of plants and creative expression where women can heal and find freedom.

Thank you for coming over. I am so excited to share this process with you!

Welcome to Otter Woman eARTh Medicine!  There is an intersection between the healing wisdom of plants and creative expression where women can heal and find freedom. You are the key to all of your dreams. You are the link between the earth and the sky, between your health and happiness, between the dreams you have and your calling here on eARTh. I’d like to begin by sharing how Otter Woman came to guide me and why she wants to guide you too.

Otters are inherently playful, joyful, fearless, expressive and free.

Throughout history Otters have been a symbol of life, enlightenment, and a return to the divine feminine. They can guide you to your truest expression of yourself as we connect through plant medicine and intuitive painting. Otters live on the land, in the light, and they dive below the surface into the void, into darkness, to find nourishment for their souls, to retrieve what is unseen.

OtterWoman | Otter meaning

Otters live in the transition space between land and water, and represent initiations between different growth stages in our lives. As women, we go through so many rites of passage from our own birth, to puberty, marriage, childbirth, midlife callings, menopause. And too many of them are silent passages, leaving us fractured and disconnected. Otter wants to honor your lifes calling and help you find your divine purpose here on eARTh. Otter is a creature of the liminal space, dividing her time between the healing waters and the medicine of the earth. They are medicine in their very essence. “Otters celebrate joy in the simple things, passion for the things that your heart desires, and the freedom to do what your instincts are telling you.” Otter has guided me here today, and she will guide you too.

Testimonials

The first time I met Adrienne at one of my workshops, I knew I was in the presence of a wise woman. Her knowledge of and commitment to the union of our natural and creative worlds, with a lot of magic mixed in for balance, is inspiring. She is a devoted guide and teacher. I highly recommend connecting to, working with, or learning from "Otter Woman." Thank you for sharing yourself with our world, Adrienne.
What I love about Adrienne is her amazing presence. As someone who has a complex health history and difficulty talking about it to new people, I didn’t feel that way with Adrienne. She is very easy to talk to and a strong, compassionate soul. When talking to Adrienne about my life experiences, I feel safe to be vulnerable and share the deeper aspects of my healing process. As a medicine woman myself, I understand the importance of being able to hold space for others to unfurl themselves. Without this opening up, how can we get to the root of the issue? I’m grateful to know Adrienne as a friend and to have experienced her medicine as a teacher. I look forward to learning more about navigating life through herbs and art from Adrienne.

Adrienne brings light, depth, kindness and healing to all that she shares in this world! Her unique earth-centered approach and the tools she offers her community, clients and all those who are lucky enough to cross her path. She is a skilled herbalist with a deep connection to the plants growing around her, and she is an Art Medicine Woman drawing on the realm of the spirit, the wisdom of animal totems that speak to us if we listen. She lives closely to nature and that presence is tangible and strong. Adrienne brings the kind of feminine, wise-woman wisdom combined with true heart-centered way of being that help us all feel stronger and safer in being and becoming who we are truly meant to be. You can trust her discernment with your health issues and her sweetness with your pain. This world needs more of this medicine at this critical time. Thank you, Adrienne, for being who you are and doing what you do. You lead by example and I’d follow you anywhere-especially into my own story, down the road of exploring my health issues and I will continue to trust you to midwife into life the hidden but critical healing messages that come through in your powerful painting work. You may not call yourself a healer, but that is indeed what you are!
